Octopus Box LG Software v2.3.0

LG SU870 - added Direct Unlock, Repair IMEI, Repair BT Address,
Read/Write/Repair EEPROM, Read Full Flash.
LG A340 - added Write Firmware.
LG A341 - added Write Firmware.
Added software manuals for a range of supported phones.
Released some improvements to the main software.
