Octopus Box LG Software v2.3.1

LG SU640 - added Direct Unlock, Write Firmware, Repair IMEI, Read/Write/Repair NVM.
LG E510 - added Reset Screen Lock (included Reset Password, Pin and Pattern Lock).
LG E510f - added Reset Screen Lock (included Reset Password, Pin and Pattern Lock).
LG E510g - added Reset Screen Lock (included Reset Password, Pin and Pattern Lock).
Added software manuals for a range of supported phones.
Released some improvements to the main software.

As always, Octopus Box team is endlessly grateful to customers who were actively involved in improving this software.
