LG 2-3G Tool v4.7 release

Added:

- support LG MS323 (direct unlock, imei repair, nvm read/write/repair, sec zone write, hint)

+ Changed icons in interface
* Language editor moved in main window - if you select LG Qualcomm model with support language edit software show addition tab.
* Bug fix

Multi-language interface - for translate use Z3X LG 2-3G Tool
