Do not attempt to unlock or to flash red CID49 phones without converting them to brown CID49 first.
Conversion to brown CID49 is a must.

How to convert a red CID49 to brown CID49?

In the Main tab choose Normal boot, any CID, use TP and attach the phone.
Go to the Security RSA tab, tick Use another method and replace certificate by a Brown CID49.
Change boot type to Normal boot
Re-attach phone
In the Flash tab press the Repair EROM button
Turn off the phone
You may flash/unlock the phone now

Only then you may unlock and flash the phone as you are used to.

Note:

There is no need to customize phone after flashing R4CA004 firmwares
