How To upgrade your usb-smart

Download the "Maintenance Tool " from Support area
Connect the dongle you want to upgrade
Press the "Update Dongle Smartcard"
Wait until tool go to 100%
Now you've something like this image
Now, if you need to make active the Motorola tool, Click on "Request Activation Motorola Feature"
If Samsung is needed, click on "Request Activation Samsung Feature"
Send the generated file(s) to your reseller
after you receive back, Press "Read Dongle Settings"
Now click on "Process Activation file"
Select File that reseller sent back to you, and then you will have:
Motorola Activation
Samsung Activation
Now You've an upgraded, working and Cyclone Usb-Smart

Connetti la dongle da aggiornare
Clicca su "Update Dongle Smartcard"
Attendi il termine dell'operazione
Adesso dovresti avere qualcosa del genere
Ora, se vorrai attivare la funzione Motorola, Clicca su "Request Activation Motorola Feature"
Se vuoi attivare la funzione Samsung, clicca su "Request Activation Samsung Feature"
Invia i files generati al tuo reseller
Ricevuti indietro i file, clicca su "Read Dongle Settings"
Clicca ora su "Process Activation file"
Seleziona i file che il reseller ti ha inviato, per Moto e Samsung:
Motorola Activation
Samsung Activation
