    The JAF/Pkey Support & Warranty Site at http://www.europacific.nl/support/jafsupport.asp has been moved and has been transformed into a customer-friendly

    JAF SUPPORT CENTER !



    For any problems Pkey/JAF problems, activations, questions etc. please go directly to the JAF Support Center at:

    http://www.phone-tools.net



    - End users who were already registered and activated before at: http://www.europacific.nl can use their same username and password to log in at the JAF Support Center.

    - Resellers have to register again! If you are an official reseller please select your name from the reseller list to register.



    The new procedure for making suppport requests:

    -------------------------------------------------

    1) First register your Pkey & JAF Box by selecting 'New Pkey' in the Pkey-list.

    - If you don't have a Pkey yet, please fill in 00000000 at the pkey field

    and fill in your JAF Serial.

    - If you have a new JAF box or an activated JAF box please leave the

    JAF field FFFFFFFF and fill in only your Pkey Serial.

    After adding at least 1 Pkey you will be able to make a support request!



    2) Make a support request by selecting `New Request`.

    - Select the problem from the problem list. If your problem is not listed

    you can specify the problem yourself and/or upload a screenshot!

    - Specify the JAF Software version you are using (not needed when

    applying for Pkey activation!)

    - Select your Pkey/JAF Serial from the list (which you already have

    specified in step 1)



    Press 'Submit Support-Request' and that's it!



    After making a request you can review your requests any time ! Or if you want to cancel a pending request, just go to 'Details' and press 'Delete Support-Request'





    The new procedure for making Pkey activation requests (only upgrade!):

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Same procedure as making a support-requests !! Just select 'Please activate my Pkey & JAF !' in the problem list....



    After a successfull Pkey-activation you can delete the Pkey Serial from the Pkey list any time by selecting 'Details' in the Pkey list and 'Delete Pkey'. Just in case if your Pkey list is getting long and boring...





    New feature added: making Information Requests!

    If you have general technical or sales-related JAF questions please do NOT mail anymore to [email protected] or [email protected].



    Just make an 'Information Request'!

    - If you haved logged in, then simply press 'New Question' in the question list. Ask your question and press 'Submit Question' and that's it!

    You can review your questions any time.



    - Even when you haven't logged in, you can also submit your questions to

    us! Just enter your name and a valid email address so that you are able

    to receive our replies....



    Do NOT ask for product-support in this section, because you won't get any reply!! For product-support please make a support-request....

    Please notice that the JAF Support team aren't robots!! When you just

    have submitted your request, please wait for their feedback! This can be very fast or sometimes it takes some time depending on how busy the team is.



    It has no sense to double-post your request!! You won't be helped faster! Just wait for your turn....
