LG KU311 dead???

I don`t know what happen after reflashing my LG KU311.
I`ve got an error ...Error! Nand init after reflash.
Keyboard led are blinking , display it`s black .
Please help me to reflash...with KU311-V10g-JAN-04-2008-TWN.
My boss it`s gone to ``kill me``

It won`t start even in emergency mode. God!!!

understand....but how??? PC don`t recognize anything
phone don`t start even in emergency mode

for very litle short time apear found new hardware.....unknown device...and mesage disapear.
In device manager LG Usb Modem and Lg composite device don`t apear ...
keyboard led still blinking continuosly
Bad day...hmm
