- Install last version of drivers
- install last version of tool you're going to use ( UsB-Smart Installer Can Help You

)
- When you're using UsB-Smart, disconnect each other Dongle

samsung tools 1.07 is not workin .samd500,samd600 and sam Z series not functions of unlock

i buy this activation ,and i trust ,but this functions of samsung tools it's a joke.i'm sorry the activation of samsung

sam d500,d600 z series unbloking using free program(winimei)

salve.sam v1.08 don't resolve the problem direct unlock.i have a question for y.You have a pinout for usb cable with samsung z105,z130,z500 and can i used from samsung tools SANTEL 15 IN 1 cable(is a serial cable set)?

hi i´m using usb installer 5.7, but i can´t update dongle smartcard.

when i use read dongle settings = dongle error 01

and when i use update dongle smartcard =

Update smartcard ...
Connecting to update server ...
Working on card ...
ERROR SEND REC: 00A00006
ERROR: Update problems occured
stop in 6%

Please help me!

no, only usbsmart...
and i can´t acess support area too with maintenance, because when i bought it the site was http://www.phone-tools.cn/support and it´s not ok. i have an username and a password but i don´t know how to use this. as a matter of fact i´m lost..... i don´t know how to behave. help me

Hi, I have been using my dongle under windows XP pro and it was working fine but then I went and upgraded to a x64 system and now none of the drivers work for the dongle.....Does anyone have any ideas that might help please javascript:;
